We work with each student on an individual basis to prepare the résumé and provide personal services to support the success of finding employment:
- Anita Lavaud, the owner of Lavaud Staffing Solutions, assists graduates by coaching them in the art of the interview and testing process to prepare the individual for the job search.
- Joe Salvato, hair stylist at Eleganza, provides a complimentary makeover for each graduate to build confidence and prepare for a successful job interview.
- Dress for Success provides graduates with one personal appointment to obtain appropriate business attire for the interview, including a suit with accessories, to ensure a professional appearance.
- Gina Castellano offers a personal counseling session to assist graduates in uncovering and releasing self-esteem issues that present obstacles to accomplishing their goals. A session also includes helping graduates gain clarity about life goals and priorities.
